Terms and Conditions
Terms that govern your use of this website and CTS Productions, LLC services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of all content and services available through the website operated by CTS Productions, LLC (the “Service”). References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean CTS Productions, LLC.
Your use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and any additional policies we publish. Please read them carefully before using the Site or engaging our production services.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or contract for services.
Intellectual Property
These Terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property from CTS Productions, LLC to you. All rights in our proprietary materials—including treatments, project files, workflows, and in-house tools—remain with us unless a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) expressly assigns rights to you. Deliverables and usage rights for commissioned work are defined only in your signed contract or estimate.
Service Provision & Payment
Video production, post-production, and related creative services are provided according to a written proposal, estimate, or contract that describes scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees. Deposits, milestones, and retainers—where applicable—are due as stated in that document. Late payment may delay work or suspend services until the account is current.
Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party platforms or vendors—for example cloud review tools, music licensing libraries, stock footage providers, rental houses, or streaming/CDN services (“Third-Party Services”).
If you use or authorize Third-Party Services in connection with a project, you understand that:
- Use of those services is at your discretion and subject to their terms; we are not responsible for third-party websites, uptime, or policy changes.
- We are not liable for loss or damage alleged to arise from content, goods, or services on third-party sites or from your reliance on them.
Accounts & Client Responsibilities
Where delivery requires access to your accounts (e.g., brand portals, ad platforms, or file shares), you agree to provide accurate credentials and timely approvals. You are responsible for the security of your own logins and for notifying us of unauthorized access. You represent that you have rights to any assets you supply for use in production.
Links To Other Websites
The Service may link to third-party sites. CTS Productions, LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites, or for any damage or loss from your use of or reliance on them.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or to ongoing work where permitted by contract or law—for example non-payment, misuse of the Site, or material breach of these Terms.
To end a production engagement, follow the cancellation or notice provisions in your project agreement. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits) survive termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTS Productions, LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site. Creative and production results depend on many factors; specific audience or business outcomes are not guaranteed except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Service or our services are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts in Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes, subject to any contrary mandatory provision for consumers.
Changes
CTS Productions, LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, for example by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted.
